8545 frames ahead, around 100 'lost'. Shoutouts to loading screens!
Taking a huge risk by not upgrading my health bar until a specific level around 10 minutes later in the game, for a strat that will avoid a save&load, and a loading screen (about 8-11 seconds saved with the new settings which lag immensly more on loading screens, thanks to the garbage way ACAC handles loading.) This means certain levels need to have their route redone. I'm pretty confident it is possible to go through the TAS without losing too much time with five health until then (I've only lost one second due to alternate 5 health strats). There's only one jump I'm not confident at all is doable in a 5 health setting, which is coming up right now; if it's unable to be done, I'll have to redo the two previous levels to do 6 health strats.
