Change is at frame 08108, removing two frames of right input allows for you to move all later input two frames later with 0 sync issues. Additional improvements are likely possible.

Found a new trick in the last stage where when you're in snake form you can get a higher bounce off an enemy if you fall downwards before you hit the enemy and press A right before you land on it. It doesn't work if you hit an enemy while you are moving upwards.
Demonstrating it is in fact very possible to manipulate the teleporters better than in #6447: DrD2k9's C64 Monty on the Run in 12:35.42. Gets a desired teleporter cycle 190 frames faster than submission.
