Show do Milhão is the first of the two Genesis adaptations of the popular Brazilian game show, which started in 1999. Developed by licensed Sega distributor Tectoy in 2001, it follows the format of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and its video game adaptations. Correctly answering 16 randomly picked questions wins the player 1 million (virtual) reais.
