I specially want to thank SaturnTAS for his amazing SF2 TASes with Zangief,i love it. I think that Saturn should improve it ;)

Baxter: Your two previous submissions conflicted with several points mentioned in the Guidelines and you were pointed to several pages to avoid this in the future. You claim to have read these, but this movie yet again conflicts with quite a few of the Guidelines. I will be a bit more specific this time. Note that I'm not trying to discourage you.
Be aware mentions that you should ask about your TAS at the forum. This is probably the most important point. Post a WIP (work in progress) at the forum, and ask what people think about your movie. The submissions queue is not the place to do this. Submitting something without consulting others is not something you should do if you don't have any published TASes. Like mmbossman mentioned in a previous submission of yours, if you keep submitting movies that don't follow the guidelines, it might result in a ban. If you share your movie with the forum members before submitting and listen to their opinions, you'll avoid something like that from happening.
The above point was the most important I think. Others are "Select your game well" (this game already has two TASes, and one of them is already a Zangief TAS. Judges must consider the number of movies for a single game so your movie should be significantly different/more interesting than the other TASes of this game. Then there is "Select your goals well" (the mode you picked doesn't seem suitable for TASing, especially if the full game TASes are already around). Finally "Do something unexpected" and "Be accurate". 52 rerecords is not enough to make an impressive TAS. As stated in the guidelines, "The fewer rerecords the better" is false.
Rejecting this movie for the points mentioned above.

[21:21] <FlygonBreloom> This won't get published =\ [21:22] <wod3n> ugh, fighter TASes.. [21:23] <FlygonBreloom> I know =| [21:23] <FlygonBreloom> It doesn't even complete the game [21:23] <FlygonBreloom> And he seems to openly admit that it is improvable [21:23] <fsvgm777> I guess this one is going to be rejected very soon. [21:23] <FlygonBreloom> I don't have the guts to tell him it won't happen [21:23] <FlygonBreloom> ... [21:23] <FlygonBreloom> So I'll just copy and paste this IRC chat [21:24] <fsvgm777> Good idea.
This basically explains my thoughts, I'm sorry but I just can't see this getting published.

Well, going by your previous submissions, you simply don't put the effort required in. May I suggest reading the FAQ, as suggested in this submission you made that was also rejected, this is a link to the FAQ if you can't find it. Here is the guidelines also. I may also suggest asking for assistance from someone with actual TASing experience if you feel more comfortable talking with an actual human being then just the sites guides. We don't hate you, by no means we don't, but we have found your works to be mostly sloppy.

This is why I think it is a good idea if you get some human assistance rather then a written guide, I myself am not good at using a non-interactive guide. It is nice to see you making an effort though.

I'm sorry, but ZENEO9, this tool assisted speedrun is not going to get published if you know that it is simple and easy way of improving it as implied by your above posts. TASVideos.org strives for perfection, I know it can be hard to reach (I've yet to get there myself), but these things take time and effort. Several TAS's at this website have taken months, if not years in some cases to make. Rome was not built in a week, it was built to its peak, much like a TAS, if you try to take a shortcut the TAS falls to pieces. I really do suggest collaborating with someone to learn how to TAS and perhaps even get a publish worthy TAS.

Fighting games never make for entertaining runs. In there, you have to go for style. Otherwise, you're just pulling off the same damn combo over and over. Not every run on our site goes for "best time", like a lot of people will believe. For proof, see all the Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, and even Genisto's Super Mario 3 'glitchfest' run (http://tasvideos.org/Movies-C1010Y.html).

Fighting games are usually best when the primary goal is to aim for style and entertainment while still being reasonably fast. Take a look at some of these movies if you want some good ideas.

Yeah, I was using some of those as examples for style over speed
