Is that just for new accounts? I had no problem switching my channel to the older style, like for example this one : http://www.youtube.com/user/BadPotat0 or http://www.youtube.com/user/cubex55 Where there's no random video player on the page and cramped up playlists and video lists. Anyways, it's not a huge deal; I just think it's harder to find videos with the way it is now.

The switchover will be YouTube wide soon, they're just taking a while going through all the channels.

How about adding youtube videos for the game resource pages, whether or not to actually embed them in the page is subject to debate, but linking them definitely is considerable

It is impossible to use the old template.
Then switch to grid view instead of player view (the right-hand icon above the list of videos)

As long as the grid view isn't flash based. If it is, then navigating becomes a hassle because you can't go back to a specific page. This is a problem when some users have hundreds of videos. Every time you want to load a new video, you have to find the right page. If there's 30, 40, or 50 pages, you have to go through them two at a time until you reach the page you want. That is time consuming.

What if you have to leave to go to class or work. Close the browser come back and try to remember which of the 30 pages you were on before you left. Even if you do remember, you still have to work your way to it. (In the current system (not Beta) the page is saved in my browser's history).

I've actually crashed my tab (Thank god for Chrome or else the whole browser would die) I've got that many favorites in my channel. Yeah, it finally got transitioned. =|

Whoever is in charge, please change the link in the description of this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ry2ySc5EeHc&feature=channel Link is wrong. There's an extra "i" between TAS and Videos.

Technically the video isn't even linked to anymore. Though, it would make sense to fix it, assuming a random stranger just happens to accidentally find this upload.

Fixed. On an interesting note, by the time it took me to click the link, check that the url was incorrect and then click the edit button, the TAS had beaten the game.
It's hard to look this good. My TAS projects
