First I want to thank by Mitjitsu and SwordlessLink. Without their run, this run wouldn't be possible. This run saves 139 frames = about 2.317 seconds. Thank you mr_roberts_z for fixing my spelling a little bit.

I didn't like the camera position at all in this version. Only place where I thought it was good was at the second bowser battle. For the rest of the TAS, mario was way too close to the camera, which gave a claustrophobic feeling, and didn't show very well what was going on. Still voting yes on it, since I think it should be published, but hope that the camera position will be different for the next version (and yes, there will be another version).

I like that Rikku is willing to try unorthodox camera angles and it is interesting having mario run to the left every once in a while. He shouldnt get flak for having his run not look like previous versions although those rapid camera rotations are not pleasant. I also appreciate that Rikku put more effort into entertainment here than his other runs. Voting yes.
This signature is much better than its previous version.

Nicely done, voting yes. The camera angles weren't too bad. At first they were bad but about 1/2 or 3/4 of the way through to the end they were neat. I liked all that air you got in the 2nd Bowser level, in the fight with Bowser, that looked pretty cool.

Voted yes because of the improvement and I actually like the new camera angles, slightly different from the usual ones :)

I liked the run, I didn't have any beef with it. It was nice seeing those moves all nice and crisp. Unless there is a new tech found..I don't know. Doesn't seem like there's another 4 seconds in there.

Voting yes on this improvement. I can't wait to see a < 5:00 min TAS of SM64.

Camera angles at the beginning could have been better, but otherwise great. I can only assume another improvement is being worked on as we speak...

Is this run being published, or are we just waiting for an improvement?

AFAIK, we are waiting for okaygo to finally encode it (though I guess it'd be safe to say that if DeHackEd is willing to do it instead, he'll be done with it much faster).

I made it clear I thought in IRC that I wasn't going to be able to do this, college and all.

Follow-ups to issues raised on the forum should be done on the forum, especially if there is potential that people who only read the forums (or just don't happen to be around) will be left in dark what's happening. Such as you telling that you'll encode this movie: nobody who only reads the forums had any idea that you had quitted.

I don't understand. Is there bad English in that sentence? I see that I should have written "quit", not "quitted" (irregular verbs again), but is the sentence structure that bad? I don't see a problem. Nevertheless, I'll try to reformulate: > Nobody, who only reads the forums, knew that you had quit.

I think he was simply agreeing with what you said.

Heres how I would have written it. This doesn't mean I'm right, only how I would write it: >>Anyone who only reads the forums will not have known you have quit. This might work too: >>Nobody, who reads anything but the forums, will have known you have quit. And possibly without commas: >Nobody who reads anything but the forums will have known you have quit.

It was a Zero Wing reference, not an implication of agreement.

Ha. Makes perfect sense now. Personally I think what Bisqwit said is easier to understand than what Raiscan said for people that don't know the reference to Zero Wing.
