Chamale, what is it like to have your image being constantly tarnished by association? Furthermore, am I correct to assume that your mother is not a living organism because she died in a hideous car accident 2 years ago? If so, RRRRidgerrracerrrr is a terrible person to joke about it.
You think this is bad? One time in science class, we were dissecting lilies, and he tried to impregnate one of them by rubbing the stamen of one against the pistil of another. When it didn't work, he threw it down the sink. No, my mon isn't dead. It was one of the common "your mom" jokes, said to someone else whose mom was dead. I was making a list of "Robbieisms" (RRidgway's first name), but he ripped up the list. IIRC: "Haggisness" "Homelessnesslessnesslessnesslessnesslessnesses" In response to "One door closes, another opens" "What if the door supposed to open is locked?" More coming later.
I think my head just imploded. It's like I gave 100 monkeys 100 typewriters, and a lot of booze.

Actually, I've heard that if you boil urine, the chemicals left over are pyrophoric and start on fire upon contact with oxygen.
You might be confusing this with the use of urea (one of the organic molecules contained in urine), which is used to make fertilizer. Links here and here Yeah, yeah, wikipedia is the devil and all... there, I just saved you from posting about my source.

Here's another Robbieism: It's got its own water cycle, except there's no precipation or flowing water or standing water or snow.

No "funny quotes" topic would be complete without this video. Not a technical achievement by any means, but still very funny. This video has been duplicated so many times on the internet that tracking down the original creator is difficult. That's when you know a video is good.

Chamale: those are neither funny nor interesting. I think it's safe to assume that your “Robbieisms” will never catch on due to their outright terrible nature. Please stop posting forever.

Except that monkies on a bender would at least be mildly entertaining, if incoherent.

You'll regret saying that once you feel the wrath of Zurreco.

No you won't! Feel the fury of Robbie Ridgeracer! Feel the non-water-cyclenessness and the door that opens except it doesn't!

Meh. I really can't be bothered to get upset about some moody teen on the internet, especially when the aforementioned moodiness is probably from all the negative feedback everyone is giving them. I'd rather he took my advice, but... whatevs. Interesting note:

Now that's a funny quotation. Was it your girlfriend, btw?

Of course. I don't converse directly with women that aren't single/I'm not currently dating: it's a waste of breath.

One day Zurreco will starve to death in a restaurant. He refused to talk to the waitress, because she wasn't single.

I don't know where the malarky ends and the poppycock begins in this thread. Where is xebra to aid me in a two man assault on Off Topic? :/

This is the 1155th time I’ll speak to you from this forum, and the last. Know that it is with a heavy heart I type these, the last words I will ever record. I need not be reminded of the oath forsworn, short days ago, that the unsuccessful conclusion of my run would perforce coincide with the ineluctable conclusion of my life. I know more than some see me as a naught but a nuisance, a bother, and I am pleased to think that I shall be able to free those from any further effects of my presence, though I fear it is at a cost which will give pain to my friends. I have already explained to you, however, that my career here has in any case reached its crisis, and that no possible conclusion could be more congenial to me than this. Indeed, if I may make a full confession to you, I was quite convinced that my effort would be rejected, and I allowed its submission under the persuasion that some development of this sort would follow. My friends, no one, not in my situation, can appreciate my feeling of sadness at this parting. To this site, and the kindness of its members, I owe everything. Here I have lived a quarter of a decade, and have passed from a boy to a man. Here my dreams have been born, and one is buried. But I never forgot, how oft we tremble in the frost to catch snowflakes, on nose, or lash, or lips, knowing they must melt. I take my leave of you with these simple words: remember me, and pray believe me to be, my dear friends, ......Very sincerely yours, ............xebra ---- hypocrisy

Add rerecording to an SMS emulator and I'm sure he'll be back in no time.

So I'm downloading stuff from this site one night. They happen to have a a readout of the conversation that's happening in their IRC channel, so I decide to read that in an attempt to alleviate any potential boredom. The conversation switches to the topic of sexual preference, and I'm reading all kinds of nonsensicial crap that's killing off brain cells left and right. And just when I didn't think it could get any worse, I come across this gem:
yanno, even if I were gay, I still think I'd be attracted to girls
Ladies and gentlemen, stupidity at its finest.

Not when you're basically saying that you'd have no preference for guys at all (despite calling yourself gay).
