My internet handle is unique to me, and an obscure place in the Huntingdonshire district of England's Cambridgeshire county.
But that other upthorn is so obscure it only has one google hit, and that google hit is in German, and it's unclear whether it is a town, or a forest, or a meadow.
How fleeting are all human passions compared with the massive continuity of ducks.

My username is perfectly unique - I thought it up and so far no one else has stolen it. Googling my real name returns all sorts of oddities though, mostly folks in Europe.
PS: 1000th post, w00t.
My name appeared 1780 times, although there mostly in reference to the acronym, anyway welcome to AKA. In terms of user names there is probally plenty although I don't know how many.
Appearantly someone (probably a fan) named his cat after me. Don't think the name Baxter is used at any other place on the internet though.
IIRC Ron Burgundy from Anchorman had a cat named Baxter.
edit: scratch that, it turned out to be a dog.
But Baxter was the name of the cat in (at least one of) the Meow Mix commercials.
This was said before upthorn posted:
<Baxter> yeah, there might be more cats than humans named Baxter
<jimsfriend> yeah
<Baxter> and 1 fly is named Baxter
<jimsfriend> is it a fruit fly?
<Baxter> no
<Baxter> it's this guy: http://members.fortunecity.com/zobovor/baxter_stockman_cartoon.gif

<DK64_MASTER> baxter will forever be associated with cats for me
<DK64_MASTER> the cat from the "meow mix" commercial is often named baxter
<Comicalflop> baxter will forever be associated with Ron Burgandy's dog for me

There's a village somewhere named after me. There are some other sites, but mostly it's me. Oh look, some guy on a random site about golf is using my username. Google images turns up someting about "Pink hair fanlisting", which I have absolutely no idea what means. La la la la la.
Even back in 1997 there were other people using Nemo, which is why I've always gone by Nemo2342. Luckily I've never been popular enough for anyone to imitate me.
I don't have a doppleganger to my knowledge. Every OmnipotentEntity on google is me.
There was this one Geocities Site once that shared my name, but it went away around 2003.

I'm apparently not the only Romanian who came up with the idea of using Dacicus as a nick, but I'll leave it up to you guys to figure out which of the various results are me ;).

There are not a lot of me's (apart from all the me's that are me). Even after roughly ten years, it seems unique. So happyhappy!
Closest thing I've seen is probably "Sir Cerec Tzorcelan" (...fairly sure that's how it was written) from the RPG "Eon".
