About The Movie File

  • Recorded with VisualBoy Advance v1.72 Re-recording 19.3;
  • Abuses programming errors;
  • Uses warps to save time;
  • Aims for fastest time;(SERIOUSLY)
  • Uses SRAM to unlock a secondary character.

About The Game

This game is not my favourite, because I like the Castlevania series, but I don't like whips. Fortunately, we have Maxim Kischine: ninja best friend of Juste Belmont, armed with his Stellar Sword and his saddistic laugh.

About The Run

In this run I used the "whip launch" glitch to get inside a wall, and then zip my way out of the castle. My original intention was to end the run with a Maxim versus Maxim fight, but that's impossible... There's nothing in the final room in Castle A. I also found a new glitch, which makes the shuriken hit every frame while the sword is active.
 Thanks to:
 Kaz, for finding the whip launch glitch (but he doesn't care about Maxim);
 Atma, for the hint about where to end the movie;
 JXQ, for including me in his thanks in his Juste run.

note:
  • About the SRAM usage, I repeat what I said in the AoS hard mode run. Just complete the game with the best ending and then delete that saved game file. Now compare the resulting .sav file with the .sav created when you start this run.
  • My goal is just to finish the game as fast as possible. If you want to see more of the game, check JXQ's run.

I'm not sure which is more amazing, the glitch that allows you to get to the boss in a matter of seconds or the brevity of the final battle. Thank you!

My suite mates don't believe me that someone beat this game in 27 seconds. I hated mega glitched runs (Zelda ALttP and the CotM one) but this was a wonderful watch. great WTF factor, I'd say this is the best fastest completion heavily glitched run ever.

As always, better late than never to vote yes. I was too lazy before to get the ROM and vote but the .avi took care of that. This glitch is by far much more entertaining than the 5 minute run of Zelda - A Link To The Past and similar movies.

Btw, the screenshot is awesome. One of the rare occurences in this game when there is a colorful image that still doesn't make the eyes bleed.

Does anyone remember that little flash game that was passed around a while back, where you can beat it inside of ten seconds but then the credits roll for like 30 seconds? This run reminded me of that
