So I'm thinking about doing a 100% run in the near future, where all of the inventory items are collected from fellow Addams family members on the overworld (as well as all life-ups, etc.). Also, I'm thinking about foregoing the 'boss skip' glitches to make the run more entertaining. Any thoughts? Also, I tried watching Sonikkustar's sub-10 TAS, but the video is private... Can anyone elaborate more on this wall glitch?

I'm fairly sure it was revealed the "wall glitch" was just Game Genie, and the author of the "wall glitch" TAS is known to digitally manipulate and edit his TASes before uploading (he's never released an input file), so don't lose sleep over it.

Ah, so it's a phony lead, eh? Ah well... Anyhow, I've got a short 1st WIP uploaded. The game plan in the beginning was to avoid level-grinding and tedious enemy spawn manipulations for all of those slimes. I more or less ran straight through them and got the level 3 gun, with little issue. From there, I had to do a small bit of spawn manipulation at the two houses in order to get the keys needed for the 'vice grips' and 'dynamite'. Dynamite, especially, should make the sewers a bit easier to deal with. As for future WIPs, I might upload new ones after a new boss is defeated.

Haven't forgotten about Fester's Quest! Redone WIP (any%) up to the 1st boss. Dynamite and rapid-fire makes a lethal combination :D

Good work on your latest WIP. This seems like a slower-paced game, but that boss fight was fast! Enemy manipulation was good too. Glad to see this game is finally getting TASed.

Thanks, CoolKirby :) I think this year is going to be the year of long-awaited TASes from me. From Landstalker to Fester's Quest, I've been aiming to knock out a few titles that have been lingering on here since the site launched. WIP #2 for everyone's viewing pleasure! I blew Tricera-whips to smithereens, and plan on taking out the third own even more spectacularly (missiles + dynamite = PWNAGE).

WIP 3! ...so I went ahead and put Boss #5 in there, as well. ...aaaaand went ahead and made it all the way inside the UFO (it's also about 3 1/2 minutes faster than the current WR TAS on YouTube). Might be able to get sub-19:30ish, or lower? Depends on how much optimization is left inside the space ship. Either way, should have this one cooked up and served on the Workbench within a week, or so!
