It's better, I see you used some new tactics in this one. Keep up the good work.

Here's another one, 1 second faster. I think it's as fast as it can get now. I don't see any point where I could've improved the run. http://file.shareyourfiles.net/B9_ML4/ Ready for submission?

Just want to mention that it would be a good idea to use this site to upload your input files. It's kind of the standard here. Easy to upload and download, and it gives some info about the input file, such as number of frames and rerecords.

Doesn't look faster but it was still pretty entertaining. Also I'd wait for more feedback until submission. Maybe next do a TAS of normal/hard/veryhard

Thing is that you lose so darn much health when you jump through the tank on normal/hard/very hard so I don't know if it's really possible.

My run (5:47 near the top) is on normal and I take less damage than you jumping through it, so it depends where you jump from. Watch it if you haven't already.

Wow, this game seems impossible :P Even with the TAS it seems like it's hardly possible to make it to the end :P

I don't know the specifics of this game, but you should play this on the hardest difficulty possible, unless it's not available from the start, or unless there's no gameplay differences other than a higher amount of enemy HP.

Good job improving this so far, Nisto! Stage 1 looks really good, and the police station stage seems a lot better. Though you're still scrolling a lot of enemies off screen and ending stages with a lot of health as a result. By the way, what does higher difficulty do to this game? Does it just mean you take more damage and the enemies take less?
Used to be a frequent submissions commenter. My new computer has had some issues running emulators, so I've been here more sporadically. Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.) Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html) Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature! Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. Yeah, the police station always looks boring.. I don't know what I could do to improve it, if you have any suggestions, please tell me how to improve it! Very hard difficulty is basically: No gun in the beginning of level 1. Enemies takes more damage before they die. You die easier. And I don't really know yet, but I think more enemies spawn either when it's on easier difficulty or when it's harder.

Bump. I managed to get through the tank with 2 full health bars and even a tiny bit of the third health bar, on Very Hard difficulty! So um... I'm past the enemies that houses around below where the tank is. I'm a little over 2 seconds faster than the run where I was playing on Easy difficulty. What I want to know though, is; Since it takes a little more frames to jump through the enemies, I decided to scroll the enemies away. Would I rather go for the fastest time or a run where I make it past all the enemies by blowing one away with a bomb, jumping through 2 enemies and scroll the rest away? Because I have a backup of both these runs, and it would be disappointing to see this run not being accepted. It takes about 20 more frames to kill/jump through a few enemies, but it may look a tiny bit more interesting. Edit: It probably sounded a little like it was a full run, but it is a run through, about the first half of the first level.

Really hard to say wether it's going to look better or worse. I think for the most part of this game, its just running without entertainment anyway. The game it self is just boring to watch I think, even though I like to play it. Still great to see that you pushes the limmit further for this game. I love the enthusiasm about it, and I definitely think that you should continue to progress with the game. To answer the question I think it would be more valuable to aim for fastest time, since the run it self does not normally contain much entertainment factors due to the game it self.

Haha, take a look at this: By jumping and pressing up at a ladder, it's possible to make some nice jumps through walls. So far, I haven't found a way to save time though. Maybe we should try to find some ladder shortcuts? Basically, just test every ladderjump left & right with different amounts of up-pressing frames.

I managed to get stuck in the ladder that comes after that one, I was like, it's SPIDERMAN, lol. This happened by getting boosted of by the enemy while climbing down, right when I got hit I pressed left and up a random amount of times.

There is glitch in game found by RetroBrando. After dying you need to press START on the last frame before blackscreen. Then you will get glitchy screen (without photo) that says KYLE REESE TERMINATED and will continue from the same place but be able only move left or right, no other actions.
