Hardest settings tool assisted speedrun!
I use Andy bogard, the fastest known damage dealer, other strong combo characters use more hits for the same damage, but as in most old games, damage is somewhat variable, all fights have trades to avoid perfect which is very long and usually doesn't cost a lot to get hit and lose that message. You cannot edit your team in KOF94 so I had to use team italy in its full composition, but to be fair there aren't more relevant characters in any other team anyways.
Andy has loops in the corner which help to control the necessary damage to end the match, he can actually infinite combo in the corner even though the meter doesn't count hits.The infinite isn't faster but since i wasn't able to open Rugal guard a lot, it was a necessary choice, i did another version without infinite and it was actually slower because Rugal blocks so much.

nymx: Considering that this run, from "power on", is roughly 3 minutes faster than the
WR...I don't have any arguments on any optimization issues here. After analyzing your run, against said WR, it appears that any "Perfect" fights are avoided with seemingly TAS only strats; thus, helping your run to be more pristine. Run looks quick and to the point. Congratulations on this effort!
