This TAS does not use speedcode to make the game go faster or any kind of cheat. This TAS beats RTA using max difficulty, doesn't use EYEDOL the boss characters or glitch characters ( right now glitch chars too unstable to use properly, they're only usable in 1 match exhibitions as they crash the end of the fights).
I believe a speedcode TAS is also acceptable, and would be around 6 minutes or less. Should we find a way to stabilize glitch characters they could become the ultimate strategy someday, as their properties can be killing the enemy when getting hit for example. The speedcode might make another character viable, as the charge times for moves seem to be bugged( game goes faster, but the charge time remains the same apparently which would make some combos unavailable)
Riptor has great combo loops to beat most enemies around 89 91 seconds total. I believe this can be improved with better RNG or Arcade ladders more favorable but I decided to submit after talking with KI speedrunners in the Discord. The improvements would be around 1 second for each fight if perfect. I avoid full combos so damage doesn't scale so much. Some stages drop the enemy down a cliff, so I changed the end of the fights to avoid knocking them out of the arena.
Thanks to my family, players from KI SPEEDRUNS DISCORD and my girlfriend!

CoolHandMike: Fix end with truncate and slight moving of attack frame
CoolHandMike: This tas has good feedback and interesting to see that Riptor was chosen as the fastest character. Enjoyed seeing Killer Instinct being beaten quickly like this. There are no major issues with optimization.
However there are some spots for improvements. Some inputs just use alternating input instead of specifically finding and inputting the needed input on the exact frame. Also at the end of most fights where a more careful frame precision for inputs would result in faster defeat of the opponents.
Accepting to Standard.
Congrats!
CoolHandMike: Replacing current file with a new file with inputs that allow the credits to roll. This increases the length from the previous input file, but properly scrolls the credits as needed. This updated file has two Start inputs that bypass a congratulations screen and a screen telling the player the code to unlock Eyedol.

Interesting to see that Riptor has some really fast short combos that work out well. Also liked the "bad" Jurassic Park ending, which quite a bit worse for humanity compared to even Fulgore's Terminator ending.

This TAS has better combo variety that MK counterparts xD Yes vote
TASing is like making a film: only the best takes are shown in the final movie.

Couple notes for things I noticed looking through this. 1) Noticed this on Cinder, Combo, Thunder, and Jago that the final hit was between 5 to 16 frames too late on the final hit. 2) The ending final hit input on Eyedol could be shortened. Could these be fixed? Using more frame precise inputs would help.

i dont feel like tasing or playing this game anymore, feel free to improve it or leave it as it is
I want all good TAS inside TASvideos, it's my motto. TAS i'm interested: Megaman series, specially the RPGs! Where is the mmbn1 all chips TAS we deserve? Where is the Command Mission TAS? i'm slowly moving away from TASing fighting games for speed, maybe it's time to start finding some entertainment value in TASing.
