I got Famicom Disk System BIOS (J) and renamed it disksys.rom because http://tasvideos.org/FDS.html said that is what its called for emulators. I've put it in the same folder that I got from checking properties on the famtasia icon (C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxxxxx's\Desktop\xxxx's Folder\Emulators\Famtasia). Now I get an error that reads "Disksystem BIOS load failed C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxxxxx's\Desktop\xxxx's Folder\Emulators\Famtasia".

First, apparently, Windows is lying to you. The file name should be "Famicom Disk System BIOS (J).nes". Secondly, Famicom Disk System BIOS (J).nes is not the file expected by Famtasia. It probably _contains_ the right image, but the disksys.rom file should be only 8192 bytes long.

So I should try looking for a new Famicom Disk System BIOS then?

Yes, or a way to extract the BIOS from the .nes file you have. I'm just guessing, but if you copy 8192 bytes from that file, ignoring the first 16 bytes, you might end up with valid disksys.rom. EDIT: Actually, if you copy 8192 bytes from position 24592 (6010 in hex), it'll work. Although, it'll display "Nintendo" logo instead of "Famicom" logo. Which, I don't know, might actually be right.
