Personally, I thought that network hates me but apparently, he hates mIRC so I use an other IRC client.

Seriously. We're not going to listen to your every freaking whim, and we're not going to feel sorry if you become angry over not being given immediate attention everytime you want us to. The network rules are enforced indiscriminately, as are the rules on this forum. If your behaviour clashes with the rules, then there's obviously something wrong on your side, not ours or Freenode's.
