Post subject: Accept background input only from controller (not hotkeys)

Hi, I'd like to use the "accept background input" feature. However it accepts all input, including hotkeys. If I try typing in another window, it will activate save states and all kinds of other things. Snes9x has an option to accept only inputs that map to controller buttons, which is perfect. Is there a way to do this in BizHawk? If not is that a feature that can be added? Thank you!

Try clicking this button at the bottom, in the instance that's supposed to run in BG:
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

That doesn't help. The emulator still accepts hotkeys in the background regardless of what state that button is set to.

You're right. Can you create an issue for that here https://github.com/TASVideos/BizHawk/issues ?
