Are there any -rr emulators that work natively on linux? I am having nothing but trouble getting bizhawk to work through wine and I can't get it to work through Mono either. the only emulator I am having relevant success with is dosBOX but I havent given the -rr function a shot yet (if there is one). I am trying to get a movie going but I can't even get an emulator to work! D: p.s. I have a windows laptop but it runs like a potato and the monitor is tiny so that is out of the question. any advice would be appreciated, cheers!

If you have a look at Supported Operating Systems under Emulator Resources, you should see the emulators that work with Linux, both with and without Wine.

lsnes (for SNES and gameboy) is truly multi-platform, you don't miss some features by using it in Linux. The problem is that there's no binary]package available for download, you would have to compile it yourself.

i ended up using lsnes on wine,because i don't know how to compile,but had no trouble whatsoever(i'm currently at windows again)
TAS i'm interested: Megaman series, specially the RPGs! Where is the mmbn1 all chips TAS we deserve? Where is the Command Mission TAS? i'm slowly moving away from TASing fighting games for speed, maybe it's time to start finding some entertainment value in TASing.
