To replay the movie in an emulator, you would need the file neogeo.zip in the emulator folder, and to set the BIOS to "MVS Japan ver.6" in the DIP switches menu (available through the Input menu after the game is loaded).

If anyone wonders why the sound effect when selecting characters is higher pitched, blame FBA. It was caused by the savestate mamuuuut provided to me that I used. (mamuuuut's savestate was done at a sample rate of 22050 Hz, while I was at 48000 Hz). It was also a notorious bitch to get to sync, even with the savestate he provided to me. Not to mention the emulator crashed at least 50 times (and that's probably not even an exaggeration) while trying to dump the movie to AVI (or even loading the savestate).

Having watched this multiple times to check it for sync. I can say I did enjoy the infinites and glitches of this. It's a yes vote from me. Glad you can finish this with how horrendous neogeo is for movie recording/sync for FBA.

omg this was amazing, especially in parts of two players, the kyo even went flying, and closed the game with the best ending, very good, hopefully have more playarounds of KOF, my vote is yes

It's nice seeing someone working on KOF games I always watch some TAS from those old versions. Analyzing your team choice make clear you're trying to focus on aggressive combos and some glitches, well I was entertained until Athena take the scenario, I really don't like Athena she has poorly combos in all series, your combos boil down in his super bar and dms. I was hoping for Kim or Orochi Shermie would be better than Athena, I know you're trying to showing their individual glitches, but Athena just have fly glitches and seeing some combo-videos doing break guards. Terry, Yamazaki, Choi, B. Mary and Iori was intelligent choices. The two player fights was reasonable some 100% which can be done vs CPU, some 100% did by enemy taunting which didn't sounded good (leaving the player no reaction against the combo), some standard fly glitches which needs to be in the run, and not much 2p action as Casual online matches doing broken combos, etc. My conclusion was: I've just watched and I can tell you it was really good because you showed off great stuff such as infinite and 100% combos, added 2 player so that you present the glitches. However, I felt you missed some good fighters like Kim, O. Leona, Billy and O. Shermie that could fit well along of the playaround. When it comes to glitches they would actually much better than Athena, Chizuru and Damon. As example the Billy's fire wheel arround 9:07, tugs starting arround 13:20 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9AJMJzoK-uY I won't vote, because I don't like to voting no or meh for a balanced run, this run was good, but you've missed some important things about the game or characters. For me the run needed to start with an 2p fight to add more variations, you started the run against CPU and added 2 times the same teams to battle itself: Terry Team x Mary Team (First match), after some CPU fights, Mary Team (Again this team) x Iori Team (New), so I feel it sounded repetitive, if you started with 2 players you will have more multi players action, rarely glitches and rarely combos seen. Also I just watched combos and glitches, no AI manipulations to have fun against CPU, didn't has lot of funny moments as the currently playaround on Nico and Youtube has is another point.
Someone who still enjoy playing fighting games ;)

You must have pulled off some black magic just to get the damn game to work properly in FBA. I'm not very familiar with KOF but this was a good watch, but I feel like there were some things that could have been done to improve the TAS as a whole.
Enter the Matrix is a piece of garbage but I'm gonna finish it if it kills me.

mamuuuut sorry if it sounded rude, I re-edit some parts. First, before mtvf1 post I was already typing to post, and yes I was referring the currently playaround (posted by mtvf1 as Nico url) too, so don't try to take that argument to say I used as my favour. Don't stay angry, I always pass the same when someone come here talking what can be did, but it made me better than what I did in past. Also I can't do this I'm in two playarounds atm. Also I'm not saying you did wrong, I'm here showing many ideas which could be shown to get more funny moments! *Edit: Did I talk to you show every glitch already seen in one video? I showed some glitches which would be amazing and funny to watch and could be good to see, as some tug glitches, or Billy fire wheel and not shows off a glitchfest.

I want all good TAS inside TASvideos, it's my motto. TAS i'm interested: Megaman series, specially the RPGs! Where is the mmbn1 all chips TAS we deserve? Where is the Command Mission TAS? i'm slowly moving away from TASing fighting games for speed, maybe it's time to start finding some entertainment value in TASing.

Possibilities are unlimited in KOF Series, i know because i used to run a KOF website long ago, character selection was really good & implementation of combos and bugs was top notch, i would have loved to watch billy's striker bug in VS fight, Billy kane would have been a great alternative of diamon which has very less entertaining combos. Anyways I really enjoyed the tas, YES vote.
