Haha, thanks! Wouldn't of been there if you didn't find it :) Also I timed it to be 23.06 which is great.

Awesome! :) I accidentally left on a texture mod I was checking out while capturing/encoding, so apologies if you dislike the way it looks :P Download here.

Nice textures. For the island in the sky it could have been faster if you'd do a "stand" long jump near the bridge to gain some speed so that you can get with a second long jump to the island. This wall kick seems slow.

There wouldn't be enough height.

You know, I think when people said they didn't want camera rattling, they didn't mean you should replace it with the camera error sound... Other than that, looks very nice.

awesome Kyman, keep it up! PS: how cool is this, both Super Mario 64 and Ocarina of Time currently have the same amount of pages (228).

I like the new camera work. The camera clicking while opening the door is inexcusable though, it totally ruined the boringness of that scene I was so looking forward to. Also nice to see the island star done differently, way more stylish than the faster method. ^^

Those textures were EXCELLENT! I move that all future SM64 TASes should be encoded with that texture set, as well as the original set.

The visible seams in several areas were a bit offputting, and the textures lacked the vibrancy of the originals. Really hammers home the "real is brown" philosophy of modern texture work. :\ It's nice that they had so much more detail, granted.

Wait...some people watch SM64 TAS's with sound? You're kidding. Huh, I would never do that with SM64. Weird.

Umm that texture pack was never finished and last time i checked, the project was dead. Pretty sure there was another unreleased update though, v0.2. I do remember seeing screenshots of the new pipe.

Done WF and entered CCM. Thanks to Brian (I think he's known as Brianstormer here) for Fall Onto the Caged Island, Blast Away the Wall, and Shoot Into the Wild Blue. Thanks to Robert (mr_robert_z) for hexing those runs in and finding an improvement at the end of Brian's Fall Onto the Caged Island by diving at the end. Anyways I think this went great! Enjoy! EDIT: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/1187065862/Super%20Mario%2064%2070%20Star%20TAS%281%29%2812%29%20-%20Copy%281%29.m64 Improved by 6 frames EDIT2: Also I just realized i'm not supposed to enter CCM right away so ignore that.

I am very impressed Kyman. I particularly like how Mario performs many actions within microseconds of each other, while still maintaining maximum speed. It makes the movement very entertaining to watch. If you keep this playing quality up, I think there won't be a shred of doubt about it getting published. I'm definitely looking forward to this one now.

Great progress Kyman! 100 coins plus red coins on the floating isle look unbelievable! Other WF stars all appear to be maxed and very entertaining as well ;-)

It's weird how you've found new, quicker strategies for practically every star now. You're doing great so far, just keep it up. :)

Uh well, might call them paths then? The first flip up to the walkway in WF is new, the collecting of the cage star is new, and a few other small things.

The flip was discovered by Silent Slayers a while ago, and I wasn't the one who did that star (scroll up to what I wrote when I posted the WIP)
