Is it possible to add a combo in Snes9x (like with the push of a button you'll do a hadoken, or like press up+down at the same time or whatever) like the feature in ZSNES? This is for my own personal thing and not something that I'm going to use in our speedruns or something. And I really need it badly.

I'm pretty sure those are called 'macros', and I'm also pretty sure that snes9x does not support macro creation at this time.
