I'm talking about the downloadable version, specifically. Come on, it's an EXE file (isn't it?) And I don't see why Hourglass wouldn't be able to run it. Besides, imagine seeing the Black Mage or Megaman in a combo match.

Flash games don't work, even the exe format, they crash while trying to do something related to rendering (I think). Don't know why at this time but I will eventually look into it. Currently however I feel that there are more important issues with Hourglass that have to be resolved.

I thought that the game was going to be finished by the end of the year, but I was wrong. It probably got delayed for who knows when.

I was very hopeful for a holiday 2016 release for the beta, but it never came to fruition. Possibly a midsummer 2017 release? It's not been released to the public. It's open only to select members of the McLeod Gaming community so far. What a letdown to some recurring fans who await the all coveted beta. There's lots of hype going on. That's why there's the devblog videos. The new events are awesome. I hope expansion characters will still be a thing, similar to DLC characters on Smash for 3DS and Wii U.
