Perhaps this is because you are a serious man. You want to have an intelligent conversation about something probably related in some way to the original topic, but not close enough for the OP to be interested, so they complain that you are derailing and know that you will give thought to the complaint. I probably am not generally considered a serious man, so when I post things that are not related (or related enough) to the topic to be on topic it is safe to ignore me because 1) serious people aren't going to take me seriously when it's apparent I'm not being serious and 2) it is apparent that I won't care about the criticism.
This may or may not be [close to] the reason why people treat you differently from me on this matter. edit: there may also be elements of 1) choosing your topic more carefully so that less people will care and 2) people may simply be picking on you.
Today for dinner I had chili-mac. Easy meal for when I'm feeling lazy. Boil macaroni noodles, brown some sausage, heat some tomato sauce, drain noodles, mix all ingredients, add cheese. Tastes decent, low effort imo.
Angerfist did you make the meatballs yourself or did you buy prepackaged?
Alden I hope that tastes better than wikipedia makes it look, because oh my goodness.

Prepackaged :P I consider myself being very good at cooking salmon. Mix it with potatoes and Hollander (<-- doubt that is the name of it in english) sauce and you are in heaven. My other specialities are chiken tikka masala, chicken with rice etc. What are yours?

So to be sort of on topic, I'm guessing that the "real" OoT thread will be unlocked after SL's submission is published. When/If that happens (or at some point earlier), are the garbage posts of the thread going to be moved and/or locked?
I'm not sure why the OoT thread is locked - I may have done it in attempt to split the thread, with all the VC/mupen/dekuB crap moved - and then, the site crashed, and I forgot about it, and went on vacation. Or, some other mod saw it getting out of control. Regardless, I'm glad that the new OoT thread is actually worthwhile, and not endless iterations of how to find a loophole in the rules to allow deku on B.
I'll merge it back in a few days. Nothing to do with the current OoT submission.

Yeah, I'm glad that MrGrunz has announced that an alternative method that's a few seconds slower is being planned for any% to avoid the Stick on B issue altogether. So, thankfully, we shouldn't be seeing any more of those posts.
I made cheese fries yesterday. Potato chopped up into sticks, cheese, broccoli sprouts chopped up into little bits (to get rid of them), cheese, and hamburger meat. Throw it all in the pan, heat it up, eat. Wasn't great, but was definitely super easy.
Brown butter is often used to enhance the taste of other foods. It is easily created by melting the butter slowly. So that the milk solids begin to brown, but not burn. Its best used as a flavouring condiment IMHO.
Pretty much. It wasn't ruined, but it wasn't good either. Consumable. Mostly it was a convenient way to get rid of cream cheese that had been sitting out on the counter for a week+.
