I played the original game, but this game looks absolutely insane. Great work at beating the levels quickly without damage (though I did notice you took advantage of the fact that when you're in the start or heart sections you could bounce off the walls and not take damage). Great stuff. YES vote.

I had this brilliant speech written out about how much I loved this run, when I suddenly looked up during Techno Base and saw you maxed out the score. I immediately started laughing so hard, I was crying. Now only is this THE BEST Sonic run I've ever seen, this has to be THE BEST TAS EVER. This not only should be published, but give this thing multiple stars. I have never screamed OMFG so many times watching a speedrun. Seriously, BEST TAS EVER. EVER!!

Should this movie not be in the hacked/concept demos section? I know it isn't technically either, but for visibility's sake and sorting's accuracy I think that that's where it belongs.
I see what you think such, given the joke SMB1 walkathon, but look at the run from a SMV point-of-view. You can play it with MMX or MMX2 by itself. All we're doing is using the same video for both runs and playing them in the AVI at the same time. So I see the logic of putting it in the SNES section. But I'd see the logic of putting it in the concept demo section too...

Excellent run. Seeing a run of this game makes me wanna pull out my VHS tape of Little Nemo (the movie) again. I need to get that thing digitized. Who would have thunk Mickey Rooney was a voice actor?

I'd be gladly willing to help out upload to Archive.org. I've got a number of the videos and trying to get a complete "what's currently up" collection. Here's my system status: Game Boy (Color) - Complete Set Game Boy Advance - 4/6 Hacked/Demos - Complete Set Nintendo 64 - Complete Set (Like that wasn't hard) Sega Genesis - 12/36 (There are technically 37 games, but Gunstar Hereos doesn't count since there's no AVI) Super NES - 34/58 - I figure like 10 of what I'm missing are already on Archive.org NES - 73/174 (This doesn't count 4 FMV-only videos) If anybody wants to help me get ready by seeding stuff I'm missing, appreciative. I'm working on filling in the SNES gaps now. I was thinking about this idea the other day and would like to help make it happen.

I was the reviewer of Dragon's movie over at SDA and you impressed me even with a couple tricks I never caught. 1) Fighting only the 1 turtle instead of the bird and turtle pair in Wintry Cave (just before the boss) 2) Falls Basin - avoiding those two battles on the right side. I first saw you pushing the platforms and was going...WTF is he doing?! Then I gave you a round of applause. Good work

I agree with the creator's decision of style over speed. Fighting games speedruns would be boring if every fight was the same thing ever time. It's like the Double Dragon II runs where the author was willing to trade speed for not having to do flying knees on every enemy. Great video. I loved it.

Yeah, I noticed the same problem. The AVI IMMEDIATELY crased Winamp, Media Player Classic, and Explorer (as soon as I pulled up th folder). That's one mean AVI. :(

Having played NG3 in full, I must say that I'm VERY impressed with your run. The abuse you showed in 2-2C was entertaining - I've played this game a lot and wasn't aware of them. I know there were little stops in stage 7, but they were just unavoidable. There's no way around it with the timing of the spikes coming out of the walls. But you time stuff very very well. Excellent work. Publishing is recommended!
