I realize you just copy/pasted from the prior run of this category, but that obviously no longer applies to this run, since it's only 1 minute faster rather than 2 hours faster.
Apparently Kiwi Farms, the site that apparently bullied Near to the point of suicide, has finally been blocked by Cloudflare.
Per Cloudflare's Blog:

While it doesn't make up for their death, and it's even further from justice, it's definitely a small step in the right direction to make sure people like Near aren't hurt by groups like Kiwi Farms.
OK, through Act V, everything seems standard.
*Watches Act VI*
WTF?
Yes vote, and a mop to clean up the splatter from my head exploding trying to understand how the Act VI stuff worked.
Looks like it happens to only GB/GBC/SGB and NES on their Standard and All categories. Stars and Moon on those two systems are fine. I checked all of the "All" categories on all systems on the page and the rest loaded fine.
Edit: Now fixed. Tested all 4 and they all load now.
Tried out the demo site. If I try to pull up, say the NES Moons category, things load fine. If I try the NES All category, site breaks with an Internal Server Error message.
(And as I type this, now I get a 503 error. I seemed to have pulled a PJ on the demo site.)
Haven't been on the forum in a long time, but popped in when I saw this on my YouTube feed. Congrats on beating my old run.
I was most impressed with the usage of the vertical screen wrap added in Stage 2, as well as the final room prior to Alucard in Stage 4. Oh, and skipping the entire mini boss fight in Stage 6.
I had considered doing more usage of burning mode along with how to incorporate more death abuse into it, but never really had the time to deal with it. Glad to see somebody else looked into it and improved the run.
Great job. Definitely a worthy submission to the site.
Yep, because Nunchuck wasn't set to be plugged in, that was the problem. Thanks.
Now that I can watch the run, fantastic work. Loved the invincibility glitch.
Voting yes.
The save data isn't the problem for older games, but the battery that maintains them. Games that didn't use them (like Final Fantasy, for instance) the save will last forever, while ones like Pokemon (which did in 1st and 2nd Gen) die in ~12 years or so.
I was wondering when a run featuring this glitch would show up on here.
Too bad it's the English version. :(
(Yes I read that it doesn't work correctly on the Japanese one.)
I could get the save data file to work, but the run desyncs at the tutorial. And with the provided encode site being pretty bad, can't watch. Anybody else have good luck?
