If you want to know if a hit counts, you can simply continue the battle and see if it diminishes the number of hits it then takes to finish off the enemy.

The original FCEU seems to ignore opposite directions coming from the keyboard (or whatever controller you use) but accepts such inputs from movie files, so a movie file made in one FCEU SHOULD work in the other.
Here is a download for now:

I wasn't sure what files came with the executable, so I didn't add any.

I told some Tekken players they couldn't consistently hit a 1-frame window and they believed me, so now I have gone and ruined the world's best Tekken players

Yeah, just today I tried using the L+R+Start button code for centering the stick to cheat up a higher movement speed by pushing it with the stick tilted one way and then tilting the opposite way, but my character didn't seem to move any faster.

Yeah, Rush Jet is plenty useful in CrystalMan and NapalmMan, so I'm doing ChargeMan first because Napalm Bomb saved more time on StoneMan than Power Stone saved on ChargeMan in my test fights. What's mainly been holding me up these past few days is deciding whether to use Pharaoh Shot for part of the fight against the first Ballade. I think I'll go with the version where I don't use it because I can't seem to get refills in such a way as to not lose the savings.
That's just what I'm going to do, except in the first part, I can't jump up to the high platform because Rush won't be that high. I'm actually going to go straight across the bottom thanks to a trick I discovered that keeps me from falling in the fire.

I thought it was funny when I read that Gyromite was called "Robot Gyro" on the title screen because Nintendo didn't actually make a North American version of it; they just stuck the Japanese ROM into the cartridge with an adaptor.

Test every jump height! And test both walking and running, too. Possibly try some different combinations of walking, running, and stopping to see how it all works.
