So in this one (all this gets bypassed).
You turn left to these tiles, click the white square and you get a key.
Turn left use key on yellow drawer, and you find the number 25.
You turn right to the tiles, click the white square and you get a key.
Turn left use key on red drawer, and you find the number 14.
You turn right to the tiles, click the white square and you get a key.
Turn left use key on blue drawer, and you find the number 3.
You then stare at the tiles for a very long time and realize that the numbers you got when a single digit correspond with which side, and colour.
So Yellow is Left, and Red/Blue is Right. So you get the code R, L, R, R, L.
You turn left to a box, and input that in and get the code R × Y + B - R.
So that's 14 × 25 + 3 - 14 = 339
