For the movie to sync, ruffle must have the game launched initially outside of libTAS. This will allow ruffle to download a libopenh264-2.4.1-linux64.7.so file (SHA1: 9bc9e3697b7472f418faba7336285edfd3061681; ruffle will internally verify the file regardless using SHA256). If this file is missing, the movie will fail to sync.
