You are a kid in the '90s who wants to play Outrun in the arcade, but you don't have any money. Go on a summer adventure as you scrounge up coins to play in the arcade and gamble your way to the victory that is the song "Passing Breeze" as heard in the video game Outrun.
Cephla speeds through the game in this run as fast as possible, getting their character to play many retro Sega games in the process.
