Zanac is one of those space shooter games in which you are trying to save the earth.
On this 5th iteration by adelikat, the full game gets played again, as the previous movie actually violated some of the older rules, in particular the one about
skipping ahead via in-game codes. Only taking the final stage of this TAS into account, it is roughly a 16 second improvement over it, thanks to a glitch involving the hidden fairy of Area 12 (or, as the game calls it, Arer 12), which allows to kill all forms of the final boss instantly. More details can be found in the author's comments. This glitch allows for input to end as soon as the fairy is activated, which is very early in the final stage, as shown here.
