wow very cool, it looks all very well done. with all that, i dont know hwo you let a jump slip by and the pilaf castle. you jumped down a pit while going left, went right for a few secs so you had momentum for going left at max speed, but that looked really unoptimal as you passed very far from the wall. thats the only complaint i have that is your fault, the running was a little boring, but its not your fault and the fighting is very good, so no problem there.

I thought at the start some jumps could be made, but i dont know if it would make it any faster. Besides the elephant graveyard, the young simba run didnt impress me that much. But when simba turned adult the movie got really impressive and entertaining, excellent quality. yes vote

You guys shoul either get a really good short name that means it all and confuses nobody and everyone agrees with OR forget about it and do as someone said: let time find the best term.

ferret: about the jump before the door closes, it works, but i dont know if its faster, because the door will only close as soon as you land, so, jumping before it closes or after makes no difference.

I tried doing it on fceu yesterday, playing totally rad + ye ar kung fu. the problem is when i played the ye ar kung fu movie on totally rad, it was out of sync, i wonder if it has anything to do with the movie header? i pressed the same keys on the same frames for both movies, but it seemed to have started out of sync already.

there could be a setting to limit the number of frames you can keep saved, i think 60 would be a good number

I dont think it needs to be faster, as long as its entertaining and shows as many different moves than the 1p run.

the 2p warpfull run is SLOWER than the 1p run. its there just waiting for me to finish the 2p warpless, then we will have 2 battletoads movies: 1p warpfull 2p warpless all other battletoads movie will be cancelled besides, you're using zan again on the 2p run, right? the games are not different enough, i think for both movies to be on the site there shouldnt be repeated players

actually, bisqwit, those settings are default. the only setting that wasnt default to me was the sound Playback Rate: 48 KHz (mine was at 22). So, apart from default settings, use these to watch: Playback Rate: 48 KHz USE WIP1 timing = no allow left+right = no volume envolope height reading = yes fake mute desync workaround = no About the movie, i was expecting to see more bouncing off walls instead of whole 180° turns. Maybe it was faster the way it was done, but it doesnt look so. Some curves werent too convincing either. It was a very nice attempt, i think. But still can be better by using the jump button (isnt there one?) i'm voting meh now

This movie should be published. Both snes and genesis versions are different enough, and whats more important, i wouldnt bare watching the snes one since its so much longer. I bet a lot of people will just prefer watching this one because it doesnt get repetitive. If there can be nes bt&dd and snes bt&dd, then the site can more than surely have both the genesis and the snes versions of sunset riders published. I know i prefer to watch the genesis one. YES vote.

.............................2prun-1prun=difference at end of level 01: 05195 - 05708 = -513 total frames at end of level 02: 12727 - 13262 = -535 total frames at end of level 03: 22375 - 23167 = -792 total frames untill now, 2p has been making it faster at end of level 04: 28070 - 28584 = -514 total frames here i lost some time because of lag at end of level 05: 34144 - 35477 = -1333 total frames rat blarg died quick on the 2p run, so a lot of time was gained at end of level 06: 44653 - 45913 = -1260 total frames used some frames to beat player 2 up ad fun death at end of sections at end of level 07: 55894 - 57657 = -1753 total frames at end of level 08: 58768 - 60680 = -1912 total frames levels 7 and 8 were faster because of fighting after 1st section: 61205 - 62257 = -1052 total frames at end of level 09: 69683 - 70213 = -530 total frames level 9 lagged 1400 frames. i'll have to try to remake it. that sucks so much at end of level 10: 71266 - 72155 = -889 total frames an unpublished glitch that speeds it up a lot comparing to 1p run after killing player2: 72562 - 72155 = +407 total frames gameover to p2 required... that all made the 2p run slower than 1p. i made an incredible chart http://img21.echo.cx/img21/8052/chart6zo.png

One of the nes clones in brazil had a controller ripped off from the sega genesis, but the D-Pad would accidentally allow left+right and up+down sometimes, if you gave it enough pressure. So i dont see why its phisically impossible to do it. And whats the problem with using a different controller? or an original nes one, but opened? on some games it helps beyond being able to press left+right, it makes you not press diagonals accidentaly.

oh lol prust must mean something else somewhere too then huh? Michael fried, i think savestate-run sounds like "i cant complete the game without savestates, help me". It doesnt say the good thing about using the savestates, it just sounds like we need savestate to finish the game.
