always use spacing between symbols please, "-" before the "√" is barelly seable :) i think you meant 17 = 4 ! + [ ( 4 ? + 4 ) / √ 4 ] 80 to go :)

The challenge is to write sentences which result in integer numbers from 0 to 100 using only four "4". Any math symbol is accepted, even those which have implicit "2" like square root, as long as you don't write any other algarism, you can use any symbol. Example: 0 = 44 - 44 1 = 4/4 + 4 - 4 2 = 4 + 4 - 4 - √4 (square root) 3 = ... and so on You must use ALL four fours on every sentence. Sentences with more or less than four fours aren't valid. You can't use letters like "lim" or "log" Usefull hints: you can write "44" (uses 2 of the four fours) and "444" etc. use ! example: 4! = 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 = 24 use ? (limiar factor) example: 4? = 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 10 use exponential represented by ^ example: 4^4 = 256 use square root at will represent by "√" example: √4 = 2 of course, use (), [] and {} at will i won't give any other hints ;) btw, the problem is 100% solvable! all 101 numbers can be written that way. hf PS.: don't go looking on the internets for answers!

I recorded a movie on fceu using a game genie code SZSYAEGK and fceu at 800% speed. It took me 2 hours to get 999.999+ score and at that point the score just loops back to 0, so the game doesnt even crash, its infinite (i didn't try 99 lives, i had 28 when i stopped).

At stage 2, at the second elevator going up, the screen had to catch up, but you could have moved a bit to the right more before jumping on the elevator so the screen wouldn't have to move so much on its own after you boarded it. uhhh ok i hope you understand that :P But the movie was very good, i loved the final stage, it was auto-scrolling but you made it look excellent, i vote yes, even if you don't want to fix that, its only a couple of frames there.

This takes too long. Its looks a lot like the classic dos game "pea shooting pete" which i loved. but this one is boring.

Monopoly manipulated luck and showed what many people could think impossible, but this is just like looking inside the hidden cards clue thingy and then naming the murder scene. Not fun at all... Better luck choosing a better game to tas next time!

Oh ok then. he plays only his own games and even so, he needs your help :P Another completely accurate information provided by some brazilian magazine at the time, was that this robot could finish any game and even discover it's "secrets" by analazing how the game works! heh.. they would put anything just to sell magazines

Blue Shadow is another NES game, also known as Shadow of the Ninja. I have been thinking if maybe it deserves a 2 players run.

maybe what the robot did was simply playback a movie file of the game..... which was played by a human with re-record functions!! in that case, one could "easily" change the files for the TAS and then he would play the TAS in the real nes :D

Gamepad is not analog stick. We talking about the stick, and that it is like a mouse position defined by a single integer number which can't, by definition, be two numbers at once. So, no, left+right on the analog stick is impossible.

left+right is impossible, as there's only one possible coordinate for each axis on each frame. wobblying could create weird behavior, yes.

Zurreco, the analog stick works really like that, its a X axis and a Y axis, one rotate about the other.
