My vote will be Meh on this.... Considering the fact I am turboing it.
Disappointed that this is only 3 and a half hours compared to the previous title that was just under 5 hours.

This TAS is poorly done in terms of entertainment for a good bit then you considered doing it.
I'm actually annoyed that you took "damage" spilling out your balls.
For that much my vote will swing to No.
If anyone want to know where the non-Autoscroller part in this game it's at Millenniummon (13:05).
At Millenniummon you took damage that seems like it could've been avoidable.
It's probably improvable at that point but this game is a bit of a fest of a long boring watch then the actual main event.
I wished you provided some sort of character stats in this.
Do they all give the same amount of damage? Or are they different.
I know about their projectile attacks. I'm curious about physical.
This isn't a fighting game I personally dived into detail and looked at each character.
This is also a fighting game I didn't want to TAS cause it is boring if you don't keep the entertainment firing.
My vote on Entertainment is No.
I wished you did a playaround with it, at least a bit larger form.
You had 630 seconds of downtime (10mins 30secs) but you didn't do much with it.
If this does get accepted.
I'll claim it for publication.

Here's the somewhat encode that Soig made (as it's split over multiple playlists and isn't complete, I assume Soig has a final temp encode coming).

I'm iffy on Japanese cause seriously there's no striking difference to the US version besides text but whatever just random salt in the mouth.
YouTube video time and Submission Time don't match up, I'm just assuming a check in the input is required just to be sure it's on final input.
I'll put up a comparison to Soig's movie and yours like previoustimes as an edit to my post, as well as which way I'll vote.
It'll most likely be a Yes.

Right. I'll right the entire 4 point that I brought up on your other submission.
[4] Movies using Snes9x v1.43 are not accepted unless a continuance is granted. Movies using Snes9x v1.51 or newer are accepted but the emulator is deprecated.
The emulator you had before was perfectly fine, you didn't have to change it.Edit: Just scrapped that bit as it now states 1.54.1 was used even though before when I made the post I saw 1.4x.

You have typos and spelling mistakes within it by the looks of it.
But that's your subtitles into a more appropriate filetype now.
Edit: Important question because you did use DeSmuME0.9.11.
What are your sync settings?
Because you don't have that mentioned anywhere.

You changed the firmware information.
Default (Seen on 99.99% of TASes):

What you have:
I had to manually change it cause DeSmuME doesn't automatically switch it.
I had to look at your input file for it to tell me that your firmware was touched.
It's default for a reason.
Don't change it.
It's bad enough you're TASing on 0.9.11.
