This submission is doing things it's not, which is a weird way of saying it.
- This does playaround methods but it isn't a playaround
- This is a speedrun but it isn't a speedrun
- It chooses slower methods rather than going for fast as possible as mentioned in the text
What type of movie is this if it's not a speedrun or a playaround?
This movie just reminds me of actual logic that fighting speedrunners would do by doing the backups as it's a pain to execute the fastest method, something we do.
This movie is getting a Meh vote from me, speed fighters aren't entertaining most of the time.
However I don't think your run should be published because of decisions that were chosen.

Hey electricslide general question.
Do you actually have any proper opinions on something or do you just enjoy turning every thread you enter into a large massive train-wreck or a burning building?
Or in this case are you actually trying to use a current trend aka "Ok Boomer" to someone who is actually younger than the demographic it belongs to because you can't think of an actual retort and you want to, well let's keep it simple, be a person who strives for some attention no matter what you do?
You still have posts that you need to get back to over at Top Gear 2 for instance where EZGames69, Memory and myself are waiting for an actually sane, non-asshole response from you.
And I'm just going to remind you right now, if you choose not to look at the comments left at Top Gear 2, cause mine's particularly important as it brings up site rules in Post Content.

I will give this a Meh, it's a low Meh vote.
However, I do advise you to either revise this movie and adjust it to speed up your competition and create a file replacement or to cancel this movie and work on the improvement and submit a new movie down the line.

Loadless version.
During some loads, some FMVs(?) occur but they're just audio and inbetween 2 loads and they've been removed, in a real world scenario they'd usually be left in and the actual loads would be removed.
(Also I'm a bit lazy to do a proper one.)

Nice meme when we look at recent time. Let's start from the top.
Well we can start with here. - Where the author was told that they could've placed in a userfile in and pass it across at anytime and shows that we wasted our time on the other movie. There's also questionable selections the author has done which they don't address in the submission text nor here which makes it slower in early game. (You know, you'd actually know what we're talking about if you read it).
On Contra III: The Alien Wars. - After the movie was compared to a canned movie.
On TMNT III: The Manhattan Project. - When compared to an old WIP and the subsequent posts you made after.

You're only going to run into more issues.
If you want to run Windows Games you run it in Windows XP.
If you still have problems check if the game runs in Linux then use libTAS.

It appears that non-partnered accounts cannot do the manually adjust the channel to be for or not for kids.
TASVideosChannel as we all know isn't partnered.
Again, if someone who isn't partnered can show that it can be manually fine tuned on selected videos please show cause I can't find it on where it's supposed to be located.

Didn't notice this movie back in 2016 so I've got to ask the questions here.
What's the difference in the missions besides Jupiter being hardest?
- Is there a map layout difference in these missions?
Why didn't you consider doing all the appropriate missions to set a standard to a more complete run?
- Is it just to compete to the one that skips all the missions?

Yes, I don't believe we actually have a TAS (well besides this one) that actually ends on a kill screen.
If a Judge sees fit and if link_7777 agrees it might turn into a case where this movie can be truncated to the ending loop if going for kill screen serves as an "issue".
Anyone can correct me on this one (especially if the rules changed).

After watching an hour, I'm going to vote with Meh. I can't truck through the same repetitiveness especially when I'm voting Meh.
As for a note about max loop, it would've been a Meh Vote anyways.

Have you actually watched the publication fsvgm777 did on your Contra 4 TAS? If you haven't, I recommend you watch it. She took time to make that to make sure that the user can see the main screen of where the player is.
I'm personally still working on Publishing Bowser's Inside Story, that was accepted 220 days ago, that's 7 months.
It's not just dump and upload, we take our time and we make sure everything is correct and that there isn't a single error. Of course errors will crop up and we do eventually fix it even if it takes 5 years to do something like that.
Our worst time is December cause we need to work as a team to get everything that's accepted published before the New Year, and if it doesn't, we miss it and we have to well publish our failures of missing the deadline of the New Year.

If you have a complaint about something that you know the technical knowledge on, you create a TAS on it and work on it yourself or with other people or give out a helping hand to them, the site is communal it doesn't have to be a solo project.
