Also would personally rather have seen a "perfect game/all questions" instead of "a bit crap".
That would be the closest thing to a "100%" branch, which I'm planning. It wouldn't be very hard to make, aside from question 99.
Where does your understanding about arbitrary framerate increases come from, is it a previous judgment?
This is a quote from feos on the Impossible Quiz Demo TAS submission, this is what gave me the idea that you couldn't increase the fps arbitrarily:
RTA using higher framerate is understandable because it makes the game poll input more frequently, giving more room for a human. But this is not accurate because Adobe Flash Player doesn't expose framerate controls, and it might give unintended speed advantages to a TAS. So in a TAS allowing arbitrary framerate is not justified, at least not in an official publication.
I had another conversation with him regarding this topic on the server but this sentence sums it up best
Also, if you're wondering, here's every question that would be noticeably faster if the fps was increased:
-52
-73
-78
-104
-112
-Technically every mouse question that doesn't involve waiting

The three chapters are all separate games, which means I can't TAS them one after the other without making separate submissions. You bring up Henry Stickmin, which is a good comparison because the chapters in that series are also separate games (unless you factor in the collection, which doesn't even exist for the Impossible Quiz.

Question: Wouldn't it, in theory be faster to erase double inputs (two yellows in a row for example)? I know that it would be extremely unreliable, but it's still an interesting thought

It's annoying when you don't provide a YouTube video for the run you've submitted, ESPECIALLY when the notes contain a video showing a much less optimized version of the category in question.
I've provided an encode, the reason why it didn't have one was because I was still working on it

So, I had this idea for a TAS, which is Ristar with as few jumps as possible, I tried doing that over a year ago (although it wasn't looking for optimization) and it made a pretty fun video But, I'm wondering if a goal like that is a bit too arbitrary for this site. If I made an optimized TAS with that goal in mind, would it be accepted?
