hi there, i've been playing this game and it seemed like the TAS would be quite interesting with routing for some interesting strategies, TURN UNDEAD is super strong and kills many undead at the same time, making 1 cleric an easy XP farm in level 1 for example against skeletons. I don't understand if enemies are random at all or set at this game. I didn't find any speedruns but i did find FATRATKNIGHT our tasvideos member guides and comments on this game in gamefaqs:

isn't the cloning glitch useful? from what i recall it's faster to catch pokemon than it is to evolve, so i dont get why you have so many multiples of some of them, you could catch a wingull later... this opmitzation happens a lot in the r2 frlg tas as an example.
the more i watch the less i like it, why didn't u just speedrun the game and cloned rare candies, i'm either clearly missing something or you didn't do any additional research

camera spin is the effect of mashing guard as i couldn't attack anyways, i tried manipulating the drop but going faster or slower didn't affect it at all, it's probably set somewhere a lot earlier the rng

sonic best special moves are the ground ring and the aerial projectile, but thanks to the autoguard system it's not always available to use against enemies, so you need to switch up strategies
against rouge it's better to just combo into air special move( bomb or projectile) at the start, but afterwards you can use ring or air projectile
the last fight the enemy finally started using specials so i spammed a move it would defend to get gauge and used the sonic version of the gauge glitch, air projectile next to the floor is canceled before the fireball comes out and the gauge is depleted, it's the same as the emerl in practice, a jump costs 48 frames frmo start to landing, so you can use that to time the falling of the enemy

do you know anything about the emerl cards spawn? when it's decided and stuff
what i learned from my wip is killing with a bounce delays the spawn because the corpse only despawns when at the floor, which is a huge shame... i can only bounce combos at the end of the match IF positioning is fine

is it not possible to get all the big 3 coins as well? it would feel incomplete not to get all stages unlocked to keep getting more coins, but it does look pretty cool.

yeah sounds really cheap you coul post a run while changing a very small fraction of the game, which isn't signfiicantly different for the rest of the run when compared to the original slightly glitched run
