there is no need to create a new thread,we use one thread for one game only. the ken akuma 2pmatch was perfect, the other ones could have used some more variety with the combos and dodges, all characters have some sick juggles on stunned enemeis. Also recommend using supers that are different from each other visibly(shoryu reppa and shoryucannon) in a TAS it's easy to parry so it looks better using the hitboxes of the body and attacks in interesting ways. the yun taunt kill was very good too! don't TAS everything at once,do a little bit and then improve on it after feedback.

i firmly believe if you had put more characters using the 2 player matches to entertain and change the characters beating the arcade ladder,it would problably get accepted.Unless a superplay shows off a good portion of the game,it doesn't get accepted here.Third Strike may be recommended for being the known version of SF3 and having a shape shifter, but it seems clear to me you want to take advantage of the better combo system this game has.Put character variety for different combos, unusual dodging like in the Zero Damage Videos and glitches in this and it will surely get accepted.Do the TAS part by part and we'll give opinion on the thread if you show us,just like Cooljay did with the Tekken 3 playaround.

you got a long way to go but i'm glad you're trying anyway! what you lack in your TASing attempts is Frame Advance, playing the game in normal speed gives you a disadvantage in precision and speed,by playing frame by frame your tas will look more "sleek",precise, fast and you'll be able to do so much more.At the very least, don't play at 100% speed if you're not Sakonoko or Daigo(just joking here, the point is to never play the game NORMALLY,you have to look infinitely better than Sako) don't be discouraged if you haven't got it,even the TASers who made the BEST TASes around have done a lot of work before they got good. i recommend watchin TASes and Combovideos to know what is considered amazing by the community.

hahaha,i wondered that too moozooh but it's a tough world out there, cosmo always got picked on for the painted nails on the stream but people would eventually shun the retards who complained about, hopefully everything will work out for the best.I never guessed the nails were a foreshadowing of her identity.

ok but the glitchless and glitched runs must be reasonably different not some "i avoided a few timesavers here and there".Games should guarantee their obligatory any% and 100% categories(if they have some kind of form of bigger completion) and nothing else.

JUst to sum it up,tangent, you can test if you want to. Do a 2 player tas with a corner carry combo to see if at least the character dies before the time these fights take or just make both characters jump to the corner and then one gets killed by the preferred combo. This way you'll know it the second takes too long without accounting for luck manip. and the first isn't remotely easy to conceive. You may be right, but i think you should test a little more.Unless you can ohko faster from the middle without additional luck(resetting the combo might end up being slower most of the time) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZatOrVR7C0 ideas btw, this can't be rejected unless the one before it also was or we retroactively reject a published run.

but the aqua pokemon learns swords dance and metal claw pretty early,so i'm not really sure it's not better to go for boost manipulation or just use the swords dance.

But Chimchar doesn't have higher damage?Which means less crits, less messages, less manipulation.

Guys, unless you can luck manipulate the characters to jump back to the corner instantly with no frame loss,i don't really see better options them bike spam, yes vote for the great job.Highly doubt any corner carry from midscreen could solve it faster.

don't really see how my comment was much worse than the rest,i told the guy to post on the forums and this is not the first time he submits when he shouldn't this guy needs to understand how bad his TAS is,and it's not like i was rude to him.

there are 2 main forms of value in TASing from what i've read on the forum and comment section on youtube: the fun:is this tas funny ,enjoyable with many novelties and unexpected action? Example: super mario 64 the technique:this TAS accomplishes something highly accurate and probably impossible in real time, usually TAS with high luck manipulation or frame perfect tricks all the time, but not visually appealing. They may be boring as shit, but they solve the game fast and that's their appeal. Example: Megaman battle chip challenge Exxonym wrote: I don't see why all the runs can't be merged and published in the same list, for ease of access if nothing else. You could simply add the vault icon, similar to moons or stars and state what it means on the top of the page. That way people know it wasn't as "entertaining" as other movies, but they can still find the games they want relatively easy. THE SOLUTION IS LESS,NOT MORE. Remove all the Moon/Star console movies list and keep the Moon+Vault list for each console. This is less coding for adelikat. If you want to keep the fun TASes visible,do it inside the complete list by making the icons bigger or clearer to identify boring TASes and interesting ones. Now,for the voting system,it should also be 2 questions: is the TAS fun? is the TAS well optimized/clean/highly technical? obviously the last question is to get the run accepted, and the first is to put it on the right category.

about the 150 run, what are the differences between each character, besides the moves,i can see that luigi jumps higher but is yoshi and mario the same speed or not?wario seems worse at everything to the untrained eye.
