Hey is this 100% or is there more of the game to be completed? It's not tagged as such.
The game doesn't track percent completion, but these are the only original levels in the game. After level 32, levels 17-32 are repeated in sequence over and over (with ever increasing trip and round numbers), and the game never ends. So this may be eligible for the "100% completion" tag, as it completes 100% of the game's original content.

On Game Resources pages embedded in game pages, triple headings (!!!) aren't shown at all.

To answer your original question, your run wouldn't sync in a recent build because Dolphin's timing apparently changed as early as 4.0-1862. There shouldn't be any problem syncing 4.0.2 movies on the A/V sync 4.0.2 build, since it doesn't change anything in Dolphin other than the video and audio dumping features (which aren't related to emulation). I was able to play back the Luigi's Mansion TAS and the new PM:TTYD TAS in the A/V sync 4.0.2 without any problems, so your run should sync fine in the A/V sync version too.

Hey guys, I think TASbot broke the main page. Theres no new publication or submission shown since TASbot did crazy stuff in AGDQ.
The front page is currently static until traffic from AGDQ viewers cools down.

I think the front page is still "static", because only it tells me I'm not logged in anymore, and the Featured Movie is always SMB "warpless, walkathon".

Don't worry about the run. You should rest and get better first.

A homepage sounds like your solution. Just PM an admin and ask for one, and you can start adding your projects there!

Have you thought about running other Y's games? Y's III for the SNES could definitely use a good run here.
I enjoyed reading your comment, ars4326. I was thinking about doing a full run of this game or Ys III next. From the little I played, Ys I seems like a fun game and it might be a nice change of pace to TAS a 2D RPG. The unique method of attack in the Ys series could be fun to optimize too.

Also hard reset causes BizHawk to reboot the core? How often did that occur and how frustrating was it?
Around 10 times, I think. What's nice about it, though, was that the movie kept recording, despite the window going black and shrinking to 1x before switching back to 3x. It could have been an intended feature, like how BizHawk can record resets in movies.

In the menu do you press Down, nothing, Down etc.? Have you tried using diagonals to scroll? Down+Left, Down, Down+Right or something like that.
I hadn't, but it's a good idea. EDIT: I just tested it and it didn't seem to work. I don't think this game recognizes diagonal input, which is a shame, as it would've sped up the walking in the beginning.

Just loudly thinking. On the bases of this, game end glitch would be appropriate to have for a branch.
There's also this one, which I noticed during the Awards. Does that mean it's okay for Vault runs to have that branch? It might not matter for this movie though, depending on where it gets published.

Wow, he did it! Now there's only that one A press in BitFS left and the game can be completed with 70 stars without pressing the A button at all.

The easiest way to make the cat choose the meat you picked is to make a savestate beforehand and try different things (press different buttons, wait different amounts of time) before choosing the meat. Once you get the result you want, make a save state. It might help to be recording a movie file at the time so you can have a record of your successful attempt once you get it.

participating on many important collabs
Remember that you're only voting on the quality of his 4 SNES TASes for last year, not those runs for other consoles which were collaborative efforts. That said, Masterjun did a great job breaking a bunch of SNES games last year, and he has my vote!

Masterjun was pretty much unbeatable this year, though I'm voting for solarplex and Mothrayas too due to all their entertaining and technically well-done runs.

It seems to be impossible to get under 5:00.0 on the USA vesrion. Could it be possible with the JPN version?
The J version is actually slower than the U version.
The main reason why japanese version is slower: Bowser texts and 50 star door text takes more time to read, and japanese version lags a bit more when loading areas.
