I'm not a hundred percent on the hit you suffered in the spider cave. How much faster was it to take damage there as opposed to save the hit point for the pirate ship?

Dead Island is a no-brainer, but I also found the Purity-trailer for Deus EX: Human Revolution to be pretty damn terrifying and cool: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gcsd6mJ3R08

McBobX, is it possible to use death more often? I heard the game has unlimited continues.
I might be off by a nautical mile here, but I think that using a continue removes the speed shoes from the inventory.

To all you Kirby-drawers, this is how you're making him feel: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/1922986/skanna0001.jpg (yeah, no, I can't really draw)

Yeah I tried skipping the last Goonie and head straight to Annie but I couldn't unlock the final door. I have no idea what the error message was but there was something in a language I don't read.

I haven't played the game in some 15 years, but do you have to save all of the Goonies or is Annie enough?

I only have an unofficial larger one, since pretty much anything worked with the 2600. That one, however, is about 48 inches.

Why not add paralympics to the same topic, to reduce the amount of topics regarding national sport competitions in London 2012? Just a suggestion.

Why is handball broken?
I find that the rules are somewhat... fuzzy. Can you shove your opponent? Can you not? Can you take more than 3 steps (The answer, from what I've heard, is yes!)? That, and only a few countries can really be expected to win, like women's ice hockey (Except handball is waaaaay more open). But I dunno. For handball, I just find it pretty unaesthetic compared to most other team ball sports; the teams run for some 25 - 30 meters, stop dead center at a wall of opponents and try to break through. Kinda like Arkanoid. However, holy hot damn at the men's 10 000 meter. That was insane beyond what's possible.

Don't ever watch artistic gymnastics. It will make you feel like the worst trained human being ever. No kidding.

If it's a system that can be abused, it should be abused. It's quite hard to claim that the players have gone against the Olympic Spirit, wouldn't being a slave to the Olympic Spirit disqualify every runner ever not going 100% for every micro-second of the race? I would also like to know how there's any support for not allowing countries to bring more than 2 players to certain tournaments in any of the olympic rule books. Imo.

I think that the most fair comparison would be to compare with the thing the catchers in baseball do with their fingers, i.e. adding pictures of men's crotches.

I am going to enjoy the women's volleyball that is on US prime time right now.
Now if both beach and 'regular' volleyball were on at the same time, I'd have a hard time picking. Beach has superior costumes, while 'regular' has 6 ladies hugging after each point. It's hard to chose, so if such a scenario would occur, I'd watch them both. At the same time. In other news a lot of things in these Olympics have pissed me off insanely. South-Koreans not bringing money so they can't object to incredibly strange desicions made by referees, and more importantly, what the fuck happened to the badminton-players who wanted the easier path in the play-offs? That's some lame bullshit to disqualify them.

Makes you question the 1-1-match.

What would be cool would be to try to reproduce some of the more famous high level-play matches from the past on the SF-scene when pulling off 1v1. Sure, I might as well watch the original match, but just have one homage-round would be pretty sweet in my opinion.

Indeed, nothing makes me shed tears of joy but the sight of twenty handsome muscular men touching balls. :3
You don't get it. It gets so much more better when more balls enter the picture!

Holy crap Mario Gomez is so awesome at what he does. I have to admit that he rarely even touches the ball, but the very second he gets a chance, he does something awesome. I am impressed.

Lol at the way group D turned out today. England - France playing the most boring game of football ever and Sweden - Ukraine playing one of the best games yet. Can't say I'm a big fan of the result of the second game but I really enjoyed the match.

A huge part of me died.mp3 last night, watching Italy and Spain dive their way to 1 - 1. That was the saddest game ever, but this means that all the dives in the entire tournament would be done by now.

Right, I can accept that getting a perfect doesn't grant you the perfect-bonus etc, but I feel that getting a high score isn't the best way to go in a fighting game. I do appreciate you going through the effort of actually creating this TAS though.

You know... I never played NG, but isn't it possible to cause damage with the rose taunt? That would be the way to go against Gill. I also found the lack of Cross counter-use (As we know, that move works once in a tournament, so why not use it once?) disappointing, and the parrying looked incredibly forced the few times it happened. As I have no idea how the arcade-emulators work, would it be possible to make a 2 Player TAS? That'd be the balls. As for now, leaning towards no.

Would you look at that, we're even. I think. Haven't had time to go through the big ol' chest of unsorted games (Yes, I do have a chest for my video games)
